loved the taste, but I have to try it with this chickpea crust, sounds very interesting!

love kale all the ways - in slaw, salad, steamed, wilted into soup,
pesto, smoothies - but lately I've really been enjoying the extra pop of flavor in this method.
I
love to have mine with a generous dollop of my
kale and parsley
pesto (previous post), hummus, sliced tomatoes, sliced avocado and fresh lettuce.
I also
love using lacinato
kale as the base for my
kale -
pesto recipe, tossing it into zucchini noodles or spreading it on to flatbread or pizza in place of boring old sauce.
I
love adding in other herbs and greens with
pesto — arugula,
kale, parsley — the dill worked really well with it!
