look at it mentioning public ownership of some
type for the basic infrastructure of the country may do for him what Blair's changes did for New
Labour.

type of place where Kennedy's Lib Dems (running more or less to the left of
Labour and going big on opposition to Iraq) were always going to go down well.
The truth is that there is no ideal
labour turnover rate, as different organisations are
looking for different
types of people.
