lean musculature and
lack of body fat) and mesomorph (characterized with well - developed
muscles).
Many
of my clients who are under weight or
lack that
lean, sculpted
muscle they want to see starting out with the System, have not been eating enough
of the right foods.
Now I'd say I've been back on lifting for 3 months, mostly on a normal bodybuilding split and rep range focusing on hipertrophy and while I did gain some size back I felt like I looked puffy and
lacked definition so I've been cutting for a couple
of weeks and I'd say I'm ready to put
muscle on again since I'm pretty
lean (1.75 m and 71.6 kg) not sure what my BF % is but I'd say around 10/12 %.
There are plenty
of smaller women that
lack lean muscle mass and their bodies are skinny fat.
Animal byproducts
lack the nutritional value
of the
lean muscle parts and the fat needed in the diet.
