I'm diabetic so I tweaked this recipe and replaced the honey with
Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener Golden (Golden is more like brown sugar, found on Amazon, and is mostly Erythritol with some
monkfruit), using 1/3 of a cup, 1/8 cup of water, microwaved until sweetener is dissolved).
(trust me, it happens) I couldn't of made this happen without
Lakanto's Dark Chocolate Bar sweetened with
monkfruit making these babies (in their entirety) not only vegan but gluten free and sugar flipping free!
