My favorite version uses maple sugar
as the sweetener, which can easily be subbed with
lakanto or other granulated sweeteners like coconut sugar.
Adding flavor will be to your taste, if you use
Lakanto, it can be used in the same measurements
as white sugar.
Luo han guo extracts, however, are not available
as a syrup but rather used
as liquid drops or
as a crystallized sugar like
lakanto.
