Larb gai is an extremely simple and extraordinarily flavorful lean dish.
I was a bit skeptical as to whether these «shrooms could compare to the fabulous flavors of my old favorite
larb gai, but I was pleasantly surprised.
You may have seen
larb gai / laab gai (lettuce wraps with chicken) on Thai menus.
Larb Gai is most definitely a favorite of ours too.
If you like a spicer
Larb Gai, add more of the chili paste — a little at a time until you get the flavor you like.
