Leaving the xylitol out should be okay — replace with 1/3 cup pureed Granny Smith apple (peeled) and about 10 extra drops of pure
liquid stevia.

I'm sensitive to lemon, so I
left it out, but using
liquid stevia instead of coconut sugar in the frosting is not recommended.
