like a nut milk, but It's actually almost painfully sweet to eat or drink alone (although plenty of people do, and it can easily be diluted to suit your palate).

I regularly make almond
milk and other
nut milks at home and I can assure you all you need are almonds (activated is my preference), water, a pinch of salt and maybe a sweetener
like dates, honey, maple syrup, rice malt syrup or stevia if you feel

so we had some hazelnuts we blended in the vitamix with filtered water to the point the vitamix got warm and filtered out the fiber with a clean handkerchief (in hindsight i could of not filtered it but i
like the filtered
