Line editing tends to be misunderstood and underappreciated, but a careful line edit can be the difference between a good manuscript and a great manuscript, because its focus is on bringing out the best in the author's voice and making the writing shine.
Line editing tends to take me more time, so I charge a bit more; between 3 and 8 cents a word.

line editing webinar I took from Jerry Jennkins, (I've never read his books but the webinar was a mind blow) he said contemporary genre writing is
tending towards not italicizing thoughts.
Or maybe we're strong in showing and
tend to write tight, so we're not too worried about
line editing.
I'm learning how to do those larger story critiques, I
tend to focus on
