Does the MLS
rule override Article 16, Standard of
Practice 16 - 13, which states that «all dealings on
listed property shall be carried on with the
listing agent»?
Firstly, for those owners considering
listing flats which fall within sectional title schemes, it is important to first determine whether their particular scheme allows short - term letting, since many expressly prohibit the
practice and, where this is the case, to do so would contravene the body corporate
rules.
5) What is their definition of Full Service - I believe this is misleading as they do not offer meet my definition of Full Service 6) «we are a technology company» - they now in print can be stopped from getting the DDF feed as this is explicitly not allowed in the
