This cozy
little spot off the Addison Brown Line offers prenatal classes four times a week, Kids
Yoga for kids ages 5 - 7 (Thursdays, 4 - 4:45 p.m.), Baby & Me classes (Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.) and
Family Yoga some Saturdays from 11:30 - 12:30 p.m. Drop - in and multi-class packs are available.
Some days I avoid burnout by going to
yoga, taking the dog for an extra long walk, having one more cup of tea, pouring over some textile or fashion books on the couch, making myself a lovely
little lunch, meeting my son after school for some ice - cream, and having a great
family dinner in the evening.

little self - care and community with their baby.
With all of the time she spends caring for her
family and teaching her classes, Fillingham still manages to squeeze in a
little time for herself, by taking a weekly ninety - minute
yoga class with one of her favorite teachers after she drops her children off at school.
Yoga is a huge part of my life and my
family's life, my son Harper (now four), and my daughter Meredith (now 2) were from day one my
little yogi buddies and walking buddies, they did (and still do) everything I do.
It seems there is
little these days that doesn't benefit from
yoga, and it is amazing to see
yoga work its magic on children with autism and their
families.
For me, I feel best when I feel like I'm connecting in my relationships (
family, friends, etc.) am eating well, taking care of myself with self - care, and am finding the time to work out at least a few times a week (which for me is usually a hot
yoga class or walking since I'm not the greatest when it comes to high endurance work outs) Between work and not feeling like I have enough time, I've been really running my well pretty low — so I'm trying to figure out better ways in the coming weeks to start feeling more fulfilled, and a
little less like just a functioning shell of myself.
