Island Joe's is also a great
little beach restaurant that sells snacks,
drinks, tacos, and sandwiches at their outdoor dining area located right on the beach.
The
islands are very relaxed and laid - back, with countless
little beachside cafes still playing chill out music and reggae and serving up plenty of
drinks, but also at the other end of the scale, elaborate seafood buffets, fresh salads and good quality western and Asian food is also on offer.

With the private charters the choices are yours to make, you can request a lunch on a
little tropical paradise as Pinel
Island or take your own snacks and
drinks with you for a lunch on the sea.
There are so many spots to enjoy the sunset from but my favorites were the hammocks on the beach at Le Pirate Resort and on the northeast side of the
island, you'll find
little bungalows right on the water where you can pop up and have a
drink while watching the sun come down.
I spent a week and a half on the
little island of Caye Caulker — swimming with stingrays, eating jerk chicken, talking with locals, learning to «Go Slow», and, of course,
drinking rum punch.
