Little pieces of fruits and veggies, small crackers, and cereal necklaces are all great finger foods for little hands.
You could replace the raspberries with any berry or even
a little piece of fruit if you like.

Most
of the times,
fruits and veggies can be prepared really simply at first, and chances are they won't use words like «mince» when they explain it to you, they would more than likely say «chop until it's really
little pieces.»
This
little act
of soaking the dried
fruit ensures that the
pieces are more juicy than waxy.
Remember, too, that toast
pieces,
fruit and vegetable slices, and sticks
of cheese can all be excellent finger foods for your
little one as long as you steam or otherwise prepare them to the correct texture.
We never had chips in the house, so I would usually get a sandwich, a
piece of fruit, maybe yogurt, a juice box (frozen to keep everything cool until lunch time) and a
little cookie / jolly rancher / sweet.
When I went to grade school, most kids had somewhat similar lunches: sandwiches wrapped in saran wrap, individual - sized bags
of chips, a juice box (Capris Sun if you were lucky), a
piece of fruit, and some sort
of Little Debbie or Hostess Dessert.
When I think about adding cooked quinoa to my meals, I usually toss it with some veggies, maybe a
little protein, the occasional
piece of fruit, and call it a day.
My advice would be to really slowly start increasing your food intake, even if it's just eating 1 extra
piece of fruit per day for 1 - 2 weeks, and then the next week add a
little bit more, etc..
I'll do an exchange for an approximate... like breakfast for me is typically eggs, oatmeal, and a
piece of fruit and if I want something quicker and easier, instead
of the eggs, the lean protein group, I'll drop some protein powder in my oatmeal and stir it in and I'm still right in the ballpark with one
little substation.
On most days, I'd estimate that I get between 80 - 100 grams
of carbs total, which is equivalent to 1
piece of fruit, 1 sweet potato, some various veggies throughout the day, along with a
little bit
of honey in my tea, and a
little bit
of coconut sugar in my coffee.
If they don't eat more fat than we need (which is very
little, around 10 %
of calories OR LESS) then their blood sugars are fine, even if they eat dozens
of pieces of fruit per day, and even if they eat table sugar (which is definitely not healthy... but it will not cause sustained, elevated blood sugar spikes).

little girl was offered a
piece of chocolate muffin the other day and elected to have fresh
fruit over that!
My daily routine is: I get up late in the morning, have 1 glass
of milk with 1biscuit then i go for bathing then have
little rice with fish, then i leave for my university, for lunch i eat generally 2
pieces of bread and
fruits then from lunch to dinner normally i do not take anything apart from 1glass
of horlics with two biscuit at night i eat 2 hand made bread, vegetables, one curry, and fish.
