Loan Corporation, a European private student lender that has helped students at over 130 universities fund their
education, where Mr. Jiwan is a co-founder and non-executive Chairman; (ii) BFRE, a Brazilian private real estate finance company, which was subsequently sold to affiliates of BTG Pactual; (iii) GP Investimentos, one of Latin America's leading private equity firms, where he served on its shareholder advisory board; (iv) NewPoint Re, a Bermuda - based reinsurance business; and (v) Kaletra QD product development program with Abbott Pharmaceuticals, where he served on the Joint Oversight Committee.
