It's far easier to practice in the relatively non-threatening environment of your family, peers,
local coffee shop
baristas, and so on, than to automatically
make these adjustments during the interactions with someone you find intimidating.
Those dollars keep being paid forward — the
local barista that
made you your morning latte will spend her tip money at the
local deli on her lunch break, the deli owner will bring his dry cleaning next door, and so on and so forth.
A few weeks ago I asked the

And since matcha lattes are all the rage these days, don't be afraid to ask your
local barista how they
make them.
Anyhow, while in Adelaide this time around, we headed to our
local beach Brighton on three (of the six) mornings for breakfast at my friend's cafe (who also happens to be an award winning
barista and
makes the best coffee in Adelaide), C.R.E.A.M. (Coffee Rules Everything Around Me — and yes, there are plenty of Wu Tang references in there!)
