greens; avocados; low - glycemic berries; lemons and limes; whey protein powder; stevia; apple cider vinegar; sea salt; garlic; onions; mustard; fresh and dried herbs spices (especially turmeric, cinnamon, and fresh ginger root);
salsa; grass - fed beef and pastured chicken stock and vegetable stock.
