Sure, you could put it over the top by stuffing it with
almond butter and chocolate chips and drenching it with
maple syrup, but the
recipe I came up with has the perfect combination of goodness that leaves you feeling happily satisfied.
I usually make homemade ones with oats, oat bran, sunflower seeds, some
almond butter or peanut
butter and
maple syrup — there is a
recipe in my book.

almond milk, 1 tbsp
maple syrup.
I came up with a chocolate bark
recipe (unsweetened chocolate, unsweetened coconut,
almond butter and
maple syrup) that is loaded with saturated fat and calories, but I lost more weight by consuming a slab of it every week.
