The minigames are mostly original (even if there's too much about luck and button - mashing) and makes it a fun mario party game!

almost everything about mario party 7 was perfect, it had really fun memorable minigames, it had really great boards to play on, 8 player mode let more people play and it helped me and my friends practice our teamwork skills, and the special orbs made the different characters feel more unique, it gave players more strategies to try, also even though bowser time could get a little annoying at least bowser screwed everyone up instead of going directly for one player.
But yeah MP6 & 7 are excellent and the best gamecube mario parties and the best Gcn Mp could have done!
i think mario party is best suited for the classic style of play where everyone goes around the board separatly.
