brand protein bars for use during ketosis because they have very little carbs along with
MCT oil to help promote the formation of ketones.

MCT is harvested from 100 % of coconuts, unlike many other
brands, who harvest
MCT's from palm
oil.
This one may be a little more expensive than some of the other popular choices, but I find I can add more of this when I think I need it than I could with some other
brands without any of those side effects people may experience with
MCT oil.
My favorite product would have to be Brain Octane
MCT oil, it is the only Bulletproof
brand product I've tried!
