The «needs» of those «you» wish to represent are quite separate and apart from the «wants» of same, and it is the «wants» which is driving
change within the industry thanks to the loud outcry of wannabe highjackers (now actual highjackers thanks to friends
in high
places) of a privately established, privately funded and privately maintained
MLS system.

If they want to make
changes to the
MLS ® system to accommodate themselves, then they can foot the bill for the
changes since there are so few of them; and I am sure that they would be happy to let any future «VOW» brokerages use the system once it is
in place...... right?
