Ms. Aitken like so many others who have never read
the MLS system rules and regs or read the explicit copyright licensing agreements members demanded were included in those rules and regs, remain ignorant of how an MLS system operates and what limitations exist on the use of those marketing / advertisements commonly known as listing agreements.

The Montreal Board, working in the best interests of THEIR members, as is required under the
