So today I'm going to share some tweaks and tips you can use to take your basic functional
MOM outfit up a notch or two.
Not exact matches
I can't tell you how many times I've wished that the soft, comfy
outfits, sassy colorful tutus, and super-fun light -
up shoes I buy for Zoe also came in
mom sizes.
Newborn babies can not regulate their body temperature, so it is
up to you, new
mom, to guarantee their safety and well being, simply from the
outfit you choose to have them wear, a decision a new
mom must make asap.
Instead of the curled
up «womb - like» pictures of the super newborns, this age group allows for pictures of
Mom and Dad holding baby, the baby tucked in a basket, pictures taken from above, and pictures of baby dressed in adorable
outfits.
Although it can be cute, for a
mom to deal with a child fussing about the cat scratching
up their
outfit, or the dog chewing on their favorite toy, an animal does not replace a sibling.
I love being a
mom of all girls and one of the best things is being able to dress them
up in the cutest
outfits.
I'm so sick of this shit, people, the way we bullshit new
moms, the way we sit across from them 2 or 10 or 30 days postpartum, gazing at the perfect baby creature, talking about strollers or
outfits or fucking muslin receiving blankets (although damn they are awesome) or whatever other nonsense we come
up with to avoid the truth, or the other truth.
When I was growing
up, I used to always tease my
mom for wearing the same
outfit all the time: black leggings with a black sweater.
We go
up to her room, and she informs me that her
mom let's her pick out her own
outfits.
Up until my senior year of high school I would spend the whole day before the first day trying on any and every
outfit combination I could think of and forcing my
Mom and brother to watch my «Back to School Fashion Show» in order to pick out my first day attire (and then second, third, fourth, etc. as well).
Growing
up, I loved borrowing my
mom's accessories and changing
outfits for every occasion.

If, as I have little time and I'm a
mom, happen that I go to pick
up the kids at the school with clothes or make -
up of the photographic service So don't worry the people around knows we are bloggers:)-RRB- Nice
outfit, and never nobody can put limit our creativity.
As you must have seen from my previous
mom jeans
outfits and probably a couple of other looks from other bloggers, the
mom jeans look seem to look alike, so i decided to change
up the look a bit.
I'm meeting my
mom for pedicures later this morning and hoping to meet
up with a girlfriend to shop for my «first day of work on my birthday
outfit».
It's been a while since I've worn a matching
outfit with Miss K. I'm not one of those
moms who dolls
up like their girl.

They are such a fun way to dress
up an
outfit and they make a great gift for a sister,
mom, or friend!
As a
mom my go - to
outfits for fall and winter are normally jeans, leggings and wearing the said colors that I mentioned above so this look is right
up my alley and makes me feel confident.

Outfit
The same mundane

Taking them both to the ocean with my
mom this weekend ended
up being very fortunate indeed, because the wind was so strong the first day that as I was trying to photograph a different
outfit, the wind just whipped
up and blew my skirt alll the way
up to show off my underwear.
A few guesses are... I was a new
mom and always looked / felt tired, who has the time to dress
up???, things have shifted since I had a baby, I can't just snag my husband and run out for
outfit pics when I have a little toddler at home, Pinterest and Instagram have blown
up in the past two years and sometimes I feel like my pics just aren't «perfect» enough anymore...

For this particular
outfit I wore it out shopping with my
mom in Athens while we were visiting my brother this past weekend for his parents weekend so I keep it rather casual underneath but I'm excited to dress it
up as well!
