I don't have an immersion
blender, but I do have a
Magic Bullet (love it, couldn't live without it!)
In a small
blender (I use my fake
Magic Bullet style
blender) puree the berries, spinach and almond milk.
I have not tried it, but I assume since an immersion
blender works really well any food processor or mini food processor or small
blender (like a
magic bullet) will work as well.
Place all the ingredients for the dressing into a
blender, a
magic bullet or Nutribullet and blend until smooth.

To make the flour, simple take a cup of dry nuts (almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds) and grind them with a coffee grinder or
magic bullet type
blender until a fine flour like substance appears.
if you're using a food processor, you can afford to soak for a shorter amount of time but if you have a regular

magic bullet soaking longer will lend itself to a smoother texture.
