I confess I am very much in love with
my Magimix food processor (it was a very thoughtful Christmas pressie from the hubby!).
Have since gotten
a Magimix food processor and nut butter is as easy as pie.
I don't have a fancy food mixer with a bread hook, just an old
magimix food processor.
In a food processor (I use
a Magimix Food Processor; they are the best, highly recommend them), pulse the almonds for 5 - 10 seconds.

Not everyone can afford every piece of the ideal raw foodist equipment like
the Magimix food processor and a Vitamix or Sage blender.

The nutri - bullet is great for small portions or
food for one person, compared the the
Magimix blender, but both would be able to make the cashew cream really well!
Hi Emily, I use the
Magimix 5200XL for all my recipes as I tend to make big batches of things, but if you are only making
food for yourself then I think a smaller one should be fine.
I would definitely recommend Vitamix for a blender, But
Magimix is the one I would recommend for a
food processor x
I just about to buy my next level
food processor and Vitamix is too expensive for me, will check the
Magimix!

You really need a series
food processor for these, I love using the
Magimix!

food processors do (it's clear from the separate jug), but then
Magimix has something called a «blendermix» attachment... So could you use it to make smoothies, blend soups or make nutmilk?

Magimix is the brand name and they make juicers and
food processors, so it isn't the same piece of equipment.
I've been searching for a
food processor for a really long time but can't seem to find one thats not on the pricey side of
magimix and still strong enough to blend nuts / dates and all the things in your book!
i hope one day i» ll be able to «swallow the bullet» and buy one or something equivalent (is the
Magimix a valid competition to the more pricey blenders / can it handle the same

It also helps to have a powerful

magimix for things like nut butters and any recipes containing dates as these can be quite tough on the
food processor.
I would recommend the
Magimix blender (a different machine to the
food processor) which is great to try!

And then I went for it, using what I had in my cupboards,
foods I love, buckwheat groats, seedless raisins, seeds and nuts, namely pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and a handful of pine nuts thrown in for their scrumptious fatty gorgeousness, threw it in my high - speed blender (I have a
magimix 4200), gave it a blitz and hey - presto, it was SO GOOD!
