I just
made a gorgeous cashew cream with coconut meat, coconut
water and vanilla with a dash of
maple syrup - soo friggin delish and silky smooth, thanks to the Vitamix!
The second time I soaked the dates in boiling
water to soften them and then I just used a blender stick to blend the dates with sweet potato and
maple syrup (much easier than a processor) I also
made a budget version and used regular cocoa powder, 1/2 honey 1/2

I regularly
make almond milk and other nut milks at home and I can assure you all you need are almonds (activated is my preference),
water, a pinch of salt and maybe a sweetener like dates, honey,
maple syrup, rice malt syrup or stevia if you feel like it.
Next,
make your cheesecake filling by adding the
water,

Our ingredients for this week were amaranth, coconut flakes and

Here are some changes I
made... I used xylitol
maple syrup (so it had less sugar) and I used 1 tsp coffee extract and 1 / 2c
water in place of coffee.
Instead, I focused on the sweet potatoes, puréeing them into a smooth creamy mash, adding a splash of
water and a glug of
maple syrup to the mix to
make them creamier and more delicious.
I sifted the dry ingredients because I only had a 9 × 9 pan and so wanted to create volume LOL; 2) no soy milk — > used 1/2 full - fat coconut milk (canned) and 1/2
water; 3) no
maple syrup — > mixed brown sugar and
water together until they
made a similar consistency; 4) used xylitol instead of coconut sugar; 5) used 100 % cacao unsweetened chips.; 6) added 1/2 cu or so of chopped walnuts, again, to create more volume since I had the wrong - sized pan.
This
makes quite a sticky caramel but if you prefer it more runny feel free to add another tablespoon of
maple syrup or filtered
water.
This flavor is a classic effervescent tonic

Make the dressing by adding the tahini, turmeric, ginger, Bragg's liquid aminos,
maple syrup and 1/4 cup
water into the small bowl of lemon juice.
I
make the recipe less sweet by substituting 1 Tbsp
maple syrup with 3 Tbsp
water for the 1/4 cup
maple syrup.
