Making almond butter in my food processor takes about 15 - 20 minutes.
There's nothing missing in the instructions and
making almond butter in a Vitamix absolutely works.
Reading the comments here, I'd have to conclude that either something is missing in the instructions, or
making almond butter in a Vitamix does not work.
I've never had success
making almond butter in the Vitamix.

Well the brand I use is
Almond Bark, also known as vanilla flavored candy coating, is a chocolate like confection
made with vegetable fats instead of cocoa
