powder etc, stir until the consistency pleases me, adding more liquid if necessary, let it sit for a few hours on my counter, and voilà.
I used 1/3 cup GF rolled oats, 1/3 cup or
maybe a bit more of unsweetened almond
milk, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 2tbls of
powdered peanut butter, 1/2 tbls of maple syrup.
my favorite bfast cereal right now is probably my grated carrot «slaw with a drop of nut
milk and a little protein
powder and
maybe some mulberries just a few as garnish.
I know this isn't your area of specialty, Nicole, but
maybe you know a sub for the
powdered milk or why it's necessary in the first place so those of us who adapt your recipes to be dairy free can figure out what to do?
Maybe next time use a different
milk powder brand and see the difference.
I think vanilla would taste great in these,
maybe add 1 tablespoon of cocoa
powder and an extra teaspoon of almond
milk if you need it.
Maybe a correction would be to use the mixture of coconut
milk powder and
powdered sugar on the first rolling, but just
powdered sugar on the second.

Second breakfast — Usually a green smoothie with 1/2 scoop plant - based protein

powder and kefir juice and sometimes a blender with banana or some other fruit — its awesome and I have no digestive issues ever — hope this info helps — keep using it
