I find this so confusing, so many
products I've never heard of
and where
do you look for them, can you outline steps from day one on through the 8 weeks, must be the candida fuzz brain but I don't know where to start apart from cutting out all sugar, I'm sugar free anyway don't like sweet foods, wheat oats
and dairy free, I eat organic eggs

I don't have time to talk through all the dangers of
meat and dairy products, but that's just touching on it.
Since i started
doing the low carb diet, this is mainly what i ate
Meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, high - fat
dairy, fats, healthy oils
and maybe even some tubers
and non-gluten grains
and i stopping eating Sugar, HFCS, wheat, seed oils, trans fats, «diet»
and low - fat
products and highly processed foods.
Coronary heart disease, for instance,
does not arise simply from excessive saturated fat in the diet but rather from a complex interaction of multiple nutritional factors directly linked to the excessive consumption of novel Neolithic
and Industrial era foods (
dairy products, cereals, refined cereals, refined sugars, refined vegetable oils, fatty
meats, salt,
and combinations of these foods).
Such minerals, vitamins
and trace elements are commonly found in
meat, offal
and dairy products and only rarely on plant - based diets, meaning that your dog may have some micronutrient deficiencies if you don't consider keeping a balance between
meat and veggie
products.
While we applaud you for composting, make sure to
do so appropriately — your compost shouldn't contain any
dairy or
meat products,
and should always be fenced off for the sake of your pets
and wildlife.
