Though, we did have some refried beans and
Mexican rice in the mix, there was plenty that was more «New American» which I felt would be compatible with the Mexican flavors, and a little Italian that wasn't assertively seasoned, so I decided to go for it.

Last weekend my Dad snapchatted me a picture whipping up Chipotle Lime Chicken Fajita Skewers and

Transform last night's leftover
rice into a smoky, spicy dish by pulling
in Mexican chorizo, chipotle chile powder, cumin and plenty of other seasoning.
All natural chicken raised without antibiotics, fire - roasted corn,
Mexican rice, black beans, crispy tortilla strips and our creamy chipotle ranch wrapped
in a warm flour tortilla with toasted cheese.
Then there was creamy chicken enchiladas bathed
in a jamaica mole sauce,
