Milk Kefir in Plain, Strawberry or Blueberry varieties, or you prefer the Low Fat Blueberry Pomegranate Acai or Plain varieties, these guys are great with low FODMAP fruit and granola, taking star of the show in any recipe, from muffins to

However, if you are using watered down «drinking» coconut
milk from a tetra pak (not all brands are watered down for drinking), then you will need to either drip it thick like old - fashioned yogurt, or use it like
kefir in
