yogurt, and 7 other non-dairy ingredients.
Blend up a
smoothie: Place 1/2 cup frozen mango cubes, 1/3 cup light coconut
milk, 1/4 cup nonfat coconut - flavored
yogurt, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, and 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar in a blender; process until smooth.
Wow, one of the best

milk, sprinkle cinnamon, and fresh / frozen fruit heated in microwave then add pb / ab and greek
yogurt.
