I've been
workout for half year, I
train myself pretty hard, everyday 45 - 60
mins cycling or aerobic classes and three times a week strength
training, I've tried to eat more fat and protein and less diet for a while but I PUT 10 % BODY FAT which freaked me out, I don't look like gaining
weight and I do feel my muscle are toner than before, but the body fat is too high at the moment, I was wondering maybe my body doesn't good at digesting fat, would you recommend I try low fat diet?
