For a little change of pace from your typical almond

sunflower seeds with this batch.

I've seen it at whole foods but another easy way to make it is to just
mix 1 tbsp of cocoa powder with 1/4 cup
sunflower seed butter.

A word of warning about baking with
sunflower seed butter — > when
mixed with baking soda, it can turn baked goods GREEN!

mix.
Mixing mashed sweet potatoes with
