Orange Chantilly: in a bowl of
a mixer whip cream, powdered sugar, stabilizer and orange peel until you get a very stable cream.
Coffee cream: in a bowl of
a mixer whip cream, powdered sugar and coffee until you get a very stable cream.
Whipped cream: in a bowl of
a mixer whip cream, sugar powder and vanilla and until you get a stable whipped cream.
Praline cream: in a bowl of
a mixer whip cream, powdered sugar, praline paste and cream stabilizer until cream is formed.
In a large bowl,
mix your whipped cream and stir in vanilla, espresso and amaretto.

With a hand

In chilled medium bowl, beat
whipping cream with electric
mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form.
Working with a stand
mixer fitted with the whisk attachment or with a hand
mixer in a large bowl,
whip 2 cups of the
cream until it holds medium peaks.
In the bowl of a stand
mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat the heavy
whipping cream, powdered sugar, bourbon and vanilla on medium - high speed until soft peaks form.
I used
whipped cream cheese because it's easy to
mix.
While the water is boiling,
mix together 3/4 cup chicken broth, 1/4 cup heavy
whipping cream and 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt.

cream» works just perfect (this is a
mix of greek yogurt and / or
whipped cottage cheese with a tsp or two of truvia / stevia, maybe a few drops of vanilla as well).
Whip the
cream and the rest of the ingredients (not the chocolate) together with beaters or a
mixer until fluffy, about 3 - 5 minutes.
