if any of them still work.
If you read some of the posts and
MobileRead and on the Barnes and Noble Nook forums, you'll notice conversations about the slight loss in contrast on the Nook Glow's screen compared to the original Nook Touch.

As far as I can tell, the overwhelming majority of people on the
MobileRead forums would prefer they made it an option, even
if they actually like having it there.
You might try posting a question on the PocketBook forum at
MobileRead to see
if anyone has tried CHM on Cool Reader.
There are a couple of reports of it working initially but then not working after awhile at
Mobileread, so it's hard telling
if it really works or not...
But
if it can be done you should be able to find directions in the Kindle Development section at
Mobileread.
