De Balincourt recruited a dozen neighborhood galleries to his space, including Norte Maar, Storefront Bushwick, NURTUREart, Momenta Art, English Kills, Valentine, Airplane, and Regina Rex, and gave them all cubicles to exhibit work from their favorite artists.

In the last few years, nonprofits like Momenta Art and Nurture Art also made recent moves to Bushwick, galleries like Interstate Projects have emerged and more artists have moved into the area and in the process solidifying the area as a hub for emerging artists.
The building is already home to another local visual arts nonprofit Momenta Art, and commercial galleries Interstate Projects and Peter Hopkins» newer Salon Gallery have also set up shop on the block, but the addition of Nurture Art is sure to guarantee the building as a must - see destination for art visitors to the neighborhood.
