more week I will be able to begin adding back foods to see what I am allergic to.

When things gets complicated food wise (such as needing to go
on ANOTHER
elimination diet, even if not as strong as the first time we did it) I tend to bake a LOT
more.

So, typically with auto - immune patients, I focus
more on - in
elimination diet still including yeah - a little bit
more carbohydrates you saying things like carrots, you know, nutrient - dense sources varies seems like that.
