We have all heard the saying «
Breakfast is the
most important meal of the
day», but it wasn't until I had children that I noticed just how important it really was.
Breakfast is my favourite meal and the time I am
most likely to overeat in the
day, so I really like these options.
Breakfast is the
most important meal of the
day, so what better way to celebrate the holidays (or any
day, for that matter) than with these beautiful Gluten Free Gingerbread Waffles?
I have so much to cover on the topic of
breakfast alone, believe me, and I will in parts devote more posts to how you can learn what to eat and NOT eat for
breakfast — that
most important meal of the
day!
I noticed I haven't posted a
breakfast recipe in a really long time —
most likely because it's the time of the
day we're rushing and being busy with eating, getting ready for the
day, making school lunches etc. etc..
Acai bowls are absolutely delicious, the
most refreshing
breakfast (or dessert) on a warm summer
day, and oh - so - easy on the eyes.
Breakfast is the

day, so we want it to be as delicious as possible, right?!
I grew up eating Brötchen (crispy wheat rolls) for
breakfast and a few slices of Mischbrot (a 60 % wheat 40 % rye bread found in almost every bakery) for dinner every single
day for
most of my life.
I obviously have a love of
breakfast food and baking healthy recipes and oats are a massive part of my diet, I don't think I could live without porridge
most days!
It's no wonder
most of us eat it as an easy
breakfast - or, if you're anything like me, you eat it pretty much any time of the
day.

When I made these 3 batches of almond butter my original infatuation was reignited and that will
most definitely be my
breakfast come the first
day of school.
I wouldn't put it passed me to have shuffled a stack of chocolate chips and glass of milk into my face and called it the
most important meal of the
day once or twice, but I'm talking about these bad boys, that you can actually eat for
breakfast and still earn your gold star for whole grains and fruit first thing in the morning.

day I made the
most amazing,
most coconutty
breakfast ever!
I wake up at 5AM
most mornings and book it out of the apartment to teach so I'm LOVING
breakfasts I can prepare the night before and grab the next
day.
In the morning like

days people, I don't have time to make
breakfast.
Indeed, the eatery, which specializes in all -
