Most of our adoptable pets are pulled from local Animal Control facilities where they've landed by no fault of their own.
Most of our adoptable pets come from rural high kill shelters.
Shelters may use a network of foster homes to care for injured, ill, or underage animals, but
most of their adoptable pets are housed within the organizations structure.

of animals and the responsibility
of owning
pets, with particular attention to children.
