FOR THE CUPCAKES:
Move oven racks to lower - middle and upper - middle positions.
When ready to bake,
move the oven racks up and lay your pizza stone on the floor of your oven.
Move oven racks to upper and lower positions and place cookies and trimmed edges back in the oven.
I did have a little tunnel of under - doneness on top, but
I moved the oven rack to the top and popped it under the broiler for 3 minutes which seemed to solve the problem.
After the 5 minutes, take the salmon out of the oven, turn the broiler off, set the oven for 375 degrees F,
move the oven rack down to the middle of the oven and put the salmon back in.
