works out at 710 Calories per jar providing I haven't messed up with my quantities when entering it into the
MyFitnessPal app.

I like to use
MyFitnessPal or just make mental notes of what I
work out and your body will usually tell you when you need a rest day as well.
I love eggs and was wondering if this would
work and put me back into ketosis: Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs; 1 tablespoon butter; 1 tablespoon cream cheese (340 calories; 4 carbs; 34 fat; 14 protein; according to
myfitnesspal) Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs with 2 tablespoons duke's mayo (340 calories; 1 carb; 34 fat; 12 protein; according to
myfitnesspal) Dinner: 2 scrambled eggs; 1 tablespoon butter; 1 tablespoon cream cheese (340 calories; 4 carbs; 34 fat; 14 protein; according to
myfitnesspal) I do believe I could eat this for 3 - 5 days if it will
work; just desperately need the scales to move in a smaller direction!
Its not too taxing — I have been using the
MyFitnessPal web site as I found that some of the recipes in the book were mostly over the actual calorie count so I use the MFP site diligently every meal and this
works for me.
All this will
work with Microsoft Health, a new software platform that's open so it can also be used with third party trackers like the Jawbone UP or
MyFitnessPal.
