mylk and a spicy cayenne kick, it makes Mayan Mocha Coffee that has been called «the most delicious drink in their life» by those who've tried it.
For special occasions, create your own healthy «chocolate
mylk» — by
blending a couple tablespoons of cacao to the sesame
mylk base.
Note: You can sweeten the
mylk, to balance the slightly bitter seed — by
blending in a couple tablespoons of maple syrup or a few dates.
The
blended sesame seeds will look foamy and creamy already, but needs to be strained — to make the
mylk smooth.
For the filling:
Blend all the ingredients together in a Vita - Mix until smooth, and add more water or dairy - free
mylk as need be to make it creamy (3/4 cup seemed right on though).
Once the it has firmed up a bit, take it out of the freezer and layer on 1/2 of the mixture that was left over from
blending the bananas and nut
mylk and add this to the freezer for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, throw your frozen blueberries into the blender with the remaining banana & nut
mylk mixture with the remaining nut
mylk and
blend until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients (pumpkin, miso, coconut
mylk, maple syrup, and salt) to the remaining 1/4 of the filling in the blender and
blend on medium until very smooth.
Depending on the day we either start with a ritual morning cup of Golden
Mylk, or we end a long day with some peaceful quiet time and the turmeric
blend mixed with hot oat milk and chamomile.
Blend the strained nut
mylk with the strawberries, maple syrup and vanilla extract.
