Ignore those who say legumes are «
not keto»... they tend to be the same people who devour peanut butter by the bucket (peanut and lupins are from the same leguminous family), or those who claim legumes are inflammatory even though a direct causation has NEVER been established (other than perhaps in immune - compromised individuals).

not keto, is a great healthy lifestyle, even if it does take a bit of imagination and some taste adaptation... I was a real carbaholic before keto, so if I can do it, everyone can!
Peanut butter and jelly is a well loved combination, but certainly

For my keto recipes I like to use Swerve sweetener and Truvia has a brown sugar option as well If you want a more natural substitute you could always try molasses or maple syrup, but they aren't keto - friendly.

If your glucose is too high you can't keto - adapt and your ketones are wasted down the toilet.
Made them for the first time and I absolutely love them...... they are so delicious, I would make them even if I wasn't keto.....

You may have noticed the aforementioned diets don't include some more popular ones, such as the
Keto diet or the Paleo diet.
That said, I've found that a modified
keto diet is so easy to execute and cravings disappear to the degree that I don't need or take any cheat days at all.
