slices and put together your reubens with a smear of Russian dressing on each

The good news is it's
not that hard to stop yourself at one
slice - tough to binge on pounds of
cheese!
You can add a small amount of jalapeno
slices, but I wouldn't add cheddar
cheese to the dough, as the fat in the
cheese might influence the dough's texture.
It couldn't be simpler, or more delish — using Good Food Made Simple's wholesome burritos as a base, then topping them with melted
cheese and a homemade avocado crema and colorful
sliced grape tomatoes!

Not a fan of blue
cheese, I opted for goat
cheese and thinly
sliced red pepper in place of the broccoli slaw (grocery store was out so I made a compromise.)
The flavor is very mild and doesn't overcome whatever I place on the bread (peanut butter, pimento
cheese, butter and jam, etc.) I keep the bread
slices in the refrigerator and mainly use it toasted, so the crunch from the chia seeds is a nice addition.

The nice thing about these
cheeses are that they hold their shape to create clean, beautiful
slices after the pork has been cooked,
not to mention the loads of fresh, creamy flavor.
At least, it was actually good to me as a fifteen year old without a food budget of her own, then good again as a poor college student who couldn't afford
cheese to put between yon grilled bread
slices.
Very disappointed, although the taste is fine, it's
not in the least bit bagel like and these are so crumbly, there's no way I'd able to
slice them neatly to add cream
cheese.
This was just esthetics though as they tasted delicious - I toasted one with

slice of prosciutto for my lunch and it was
not only yummy but kept me full all afternoon - I plan to make another batch today and put them in the freezer so they are always available:)
