One other thing to mention about this video... I don't fully agree with how they lump honey and real maple

syrup that cause this problem... as we've already mentioned in this article, the main starch in wheat products is a very unique and fast digesting starch called Amylopectin A, which raises blood sugar even more significantly than
table sugar.
