less on days that I'm not in the gym and I feel soooo much better and am much more pleasant to be around.

now I am rebuilding muscle and water.

The interesting thing is, Ryan's OVERALL nutrition approach is very similar to what I'm doing right
now myself, focusing on eating protein and fats earlier in the day, training in the late afternoon / early evening, then eating protein and
carbs (and
less fat) towards the evening.
i turned to if for cutting and it is great however like you i want to get na optimal approach to building muscle
now for the bulking phase.If i don t notice any major difference with the 60 - 80
carb pre workout meal in strenght gains i will probably stay with IF just for convenience (
less preparation) however is there any disavantage of not eating breakfast in terms of protein synthesis?i usually eat 80 - 100gprotein lean meat dinner or some good amount of cottage chesse or egg whites... i think you say on one of your awesome vídeos that you don t recommend IFbulking because eating protein every 4 5 wakinghours is more anabolic

I kept
carbs less than 50 gms a day for the 1st month and
now maintain them around 50 - 100 depending on whether I run or ride that day.
That said, even though someone who eats as much as 200 - 500g of
carbs a day can still be starving their guts bugs if those foods contain little to
now indigestible substrates (fiber), a generic rule of thumb (albeit an ugly measure) is
less overall carbohydrates — especially when you start dropping below 75 - 100g a day — translates into a dramatic drop in the amount of food reaching your colon where the vast majority of your intestinal microbial community resides.
Also when I started eating reguraly again and added
carbs back (because I was not able to get from bed to work unless eating like 2 chockolates) my brain got mad and I was not able stop eating, binging which led to bulimia with which I still strugle more or

but my question is, I have asthma and have been on the paleo diet for a month
now for weight lost purposes.All was good and I have managed to loose about 2 kg in the month on paleo diet.I was very strict with only veges as my source for
carbs at about 50g with no starches at all.As I am Asian, this was a burden for me as I eat rice alot!I found that although I feel good on this diet, ie
less snoring, more alert n energy no more ringing in the ears at nite, BUT I was using my ventolin inhaler more frequently on this diet than previously.I tend to feel difficulty in breathing after eating n need to use my ventolin inhaler more.Does this relates to what u said regarding mucus production and the need to eat safe starches?Could this be the reason for me?Any help would be appreciated!
I am finally taking the energy and time to give my feedback because I've been using the KetoDietApp (first time Keto - er going on about 2 months
now, give or take) and because of these recipes I have discovered more delicious variety in what I eat than what I ate before I began eating 25 grams of
carbs or
less per day!
