Ms. Carton is a member of the Committee on Disproportionate Racial Impact, the Committee on Best Practices for Court Mental Health Evaluations, the Law Guardian Liaison Committee,
the National Adoption Day Committee, and numerous other committees and projects dedicated to educating attorneys and litigants about family dispute resolution and best practices in family and matrimonial law litigation.
This Saturday is
National Adoption Day!
She was involved in a variety of adoption related projects including,
National Adoption Day, Adoption Academy, review of profiles for the AdoptUSKids website, and many other activities to promote adoption, particularly from the foster care system.
In 2006, for the first time,
National Adoption Day was celebrated in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
Since its inception,
National Adoption Day has made the dreams of thousands of children come true through the cooperative work of courts, judges, attorneys, adoption professionals, child welfare agencies and advocates to finalize adoptions and find permanent, loving homes for children in foster care.
This year's
National Adoption Day will be November 21, 2015.
It occurs on the Since its inception, nearly 54,500 children have been adopted as part of
National Adoption Day.

National Adoption Day which led to the adoption of thirteen children finding new homes.

National Adoption Day.
November 21st is
National Adoption Day, a day that brings awareness to the thousands of children that are currently waiting in the foster care system for a home.
This National Adoption Month, I was contacted by the Dave Thomas Foundation and One Day Project — which was created by
the National Adoption Day Coalition.
Then an unplanned pregnancy forced her to make one of the most important decisions of her life — a decision that culminated on
National Adoption Day when she strapped her newborn daughter, Lily, into a car seat, tucked a blanket around her, kissed her «a billion times» and said goodbye.
This year,
National Adoption DAY is celebrated on November 18, 2017.
National Adoption Day is a great way to bring awareness to children needing homes; it is also a day when many families» dreams come true.
This is the 18th annual
National Adoption Day and the event will also include activities for guests to participate in such as face painting, games, photo opportunities, bouncy houses, and more.
For the last 15 years, the Saturday before Thanksgiving has also been known as
National Adoption Day.
