I would love to win this cookbook
because I have only
cooked and baked with sugar, however, I would love to learn how to replace the sugar with all
natural sweeteners.
You can't use traditional pressure
cooker recipes with the IP
because it frankly takes way longer than real pressure
cookers (my black beans
cook in 2 - 4 minutes in my stovetop pressure
cooker, with
natural release, and it takes 16 minutes in the IP and then
natural release!).
Because I'm such a fan of pressure
cooking in the Instant Pot, this recipe was a
natural for me to convert.

because the
natural water can «rinse» away the seasonings during
