A great filling,
creamy option with all the nutrients you'll need to fuel your day includes frozen banana,
natural yogurt, avocado, oats, chia seeds, matcha powder,
almond butter (just half - a-teaspoon) coconut water and maple syrup.
But, like I mentioned before, this ice cream only has two ingredients - frozen bananas and
natural peanut
butter (and a splash of soy /
almond milk if your blender needs a little help)- but is still super
creamy and satisfying.
Anyway, thanks to Prana Bar, I was able to survive until I got home and made this super extra
creamy oats cooked in
almond milk and a bit of soymilk, topped with ice cream non fat plain yogurt and
