I was inspired by the new kind of gluten free flour available now from Otto's
Naturals —
Cassava flour.
In addition to my recipe testing I also decided to put this new
cassava flour that I receive in the mail from Ottos
Naturals to the test.
Though I've tried tons of different waffle and pancake recipes over the years one that has recently become my go - to for paleo waffles can be found here from Otto's
Naturals using their

But I love to play with
natural sugar replacements and paleo ingredients to paleo - fy conventional recipes, like I did with these

But, it's really flexible otherwise, allowing, of course, plenty of healthy meats, veggies, and fruits, as well as
natural sweeteners and starches like arrowroot, tapioca, or
cassava flour.
